Great, your base salary will start at $45,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $15,000

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement : Actively reach out to potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Policy Servicing : Assist clients in understanding their policies, making necessary changes, and ensuring optimal coverage.
  • Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, converting them into loyal clients.
  • Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a keen understanding of various insurance products and services offered by Mars Family Insurance Agency.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Industry Awareness : Stay informed about insurance industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirement

  • Experience : At least two years of experience in insurance sales or a related industry is preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Focus : A strong ability to understand and address client needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Goal-Oriented : Ability to work towards and achieve set sales targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong capacity to build relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
