Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer experience to users Support clients with onboarding via email, phone, and chat Collaborate with other departments and guide clients through various platforms Required Qualifications Fluent in Slovak / Czech and English; additional languages are a plus Prior remote customer service experience Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems Ability to simplify complex topics for clients Strong organizational skills and proactive communication
