National Field Trainer Migraine

The National Field Trainer Migraine is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training and developing maintaining and implementing training content and programs. This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales Training - Migraine.

Contributions to the Migraine sales teams success is achieved through proactively partnering with key stakeholders across various departments including the sales training team marketing sales leadership and enterprise training teams to create and implement training materials and programs. These materials and programs address identified field sales needs support key marketing initiatives enhance product knowledge improve overall selling skills and support the ongoing developmental needs of the Migraine sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate all Migraine training classes Insights Discovery and RD / DM meetings in both live and virtual environments.
• Mentor coach and develop newly hired sales representatives during the new representative training program.
• Participate in and at times lead the design development and implementation of training programs and NM workshops.
• Partner with key stakeholders including sales training team marketing team and field sales leaders to ensure training content is relevant for all training needs across all phases of training.
• Participate in and at times lead submission of training materials through the Medical / Legal / Regulatory / Compliance process to ensure all materials are up to date reflect current strategic imperatives and are approved.
• Manage agendas and learning curriculum within digital learning platforms in partnership with the training team digital learning team and Migraine Training Associate Director to ensure agendas content and curriculum within digital platforms are current for all training classes.
• Consistently assess training and development needs of the sales force through developing and maintaining relationships with sales leadership. Develop training resources relevant to those needs to ensure the long-term development of the Migraine sales team.
• Build and leverage connections with enterprise training colleagues to enhance the department and enterprise-wide training programs.
• Travel requirements for the role consist of periodic travel for department-related meeting participation and RD / DM and NM facilitation.
