Were looking for a sharp organized and execution-focused Webinar Marketing Coordinator to run the engine behind our commercial webinar program.

In this role youll help plan promote and execute webinars that generate pipeline build brand credibility and convert leads.

Youll work closely with demand gen sales content and product marketing to make sure every webinar is not just a nice to have but a real revenue lever.

What Youll Be Doing :

  • Own the logistics : Schedule run dry runs prep speakers manage registration pages and coordinate live-day execution
  • Drive attendance : Partner with demand gen to build and launch multi-channel promo campaigns (email paid social etc.)
  • Manage tools : Run webinars through Sequel or Livestorm (or similar platforms) and connect with our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation system (Hubspot)
  • Write and QA : Help create webinar landing pages email copy and follow-up comms that convert
  • Analyze performance : Track registration attendance engagement and post-webinar funnel metrics. Share clear summaries with the team
  • Maximize value : Work with the content team to repurpose webinar assets into follow-up content nurture streams and sales enablement

What Youll Bring

  • 13 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in events demand gen or campaign operations
  • Experience with webinar tools like Sequel or Livestorm
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • A bias toward execution ownership and results
