About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Credit Closing Specialist to play a pivotal role in the execution of commercial real estate debt transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan closing process, including coordinating legal, due diligence, and third-party reports. This role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. The Vice President will serve as the primary internal contact for all closing-related matters, review and coordinate the execution of various loan documents, and ensure legal compliance and timely transaction execution by working closely with external counsel. A team approach is essential, as the role involves collaboration across teams to support pipeline tracking, internal reporting, and process improvements. Applicants for the Vice President, Credit Closing Specialist position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in commercial real estate loan closing, credit operations, or legal transactions, with a background in institutional closing processes and procedures. The role requires a deep understanding of loan documentation, structuring, and regulatory considerations in commercial real estate lending. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple complex transactions, strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
