Bain Capital Credit has a world-class team of over 100 investment professionals with extensive experience analyzing and managing credit investments.

Bain Capital Credit's Asset Based Finance team is responsible for managing our global ABS, CLO, CMBS, RMBS, and other structured investments. The group is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative, and represents a rapidly growing set of mandates with Bain Capital Credit.

We are looking for an Analyst or Associate to join our Asset Based Finance team in the Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, evaluate and invest in ABS opportunities across the capital structure
• Work directly with portfolio managers and senior investment staff to identify and action ABS investments across wide spectrum of opportunities including investment grade, non-investment grade, and residual tranches
• Lead & assist in investment efforts including cross-asset relative value analysis, fundamental credit assessments, securitization modelling, and statistical analysis
• Help manage the structuring, underwriting, and investment monitoring processes with both internal collaborators and external counterparties
• Maintain and enhance Bain Capital Credit's ABS & structured products analytics platforms
