Are you a skilled service technician who takes pride in fixing things right the first time? Dreamstyle Remodeling is looking for full-time Window, Door, and Bathroom Service Technicians to join our growing team.

You'll be the go-to expert for post-installation service - ensuring our customers continue to have a 5-star experience long after the initial project is complete. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your attention to detail, technical skills, and professionalism truly matter.

About the Role :

  • Perform service calls for windows, doors, and bath systems to address warranty or post-installation issues
  • Diagnose and repair problems related to :

Windows & Doors : hardware, seals, fit, locking mechanisms, glass, or finish

  • Bath Systems : wall panels, plumbing fixtures, caulking, leaks, and alignment
  • Complete light carpentry, caulking, adjustments, and minor part replacements
  • Accurately document service work using company tools and apps
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and provide outstanding customer service in the field
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing Dreamstyle at a high standard

  • Experience in window, door, or bath system service or installation
  • Solid carpentry and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of finish work : trim, caulking, light drywall patching, part swaps
  • Ability to diagnose and repair both structural and cosmetic product issues
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement / documentation skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A self-motivated, customer-first attitude and a commitment to quality work
