A company is looking for a Medical Coding Specialist to support accurate and compliant documentation and coding in mental healthcare. Key Responsibilities Audit behavioral health documentation and coding for accuracy, compliance, and completeness Deliver actionable feedback to providers through remediation meetings and Coding Office Hours Contribute to provider education efforts and collaborate on coding-related initiatives Required Qualifications CPC certification and 2+ years of experience in outpatient or professional services coding, preferably in behavioral health Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems and documentation requirements Experience with auditing processes; CPMA certification is a plus Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and EMR platforms Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital environment
