Must-Have Requirements

  • 12+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience
  • Minimum 2 Full-Lifecycle Implementations in Oracle Learning (LMS)
  • Strong experience leading project teams and delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Learning module
  • Hands-on experience in :

Requirements gathering & functional design

  • Reports development & testing
  • Configuration, deployment & release management
  • End-user training and support
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely
  • Strong documentation and client-facing skills
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
