Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel Surgical Technician for a travel job in Springfield, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

Surgical Tech (OR Tech) – Travel

Facility : Springfield Memorial Hospital

Location : 701 N 1st St, Springfield, IL 62781

Shift : 4x10 Days (08 : 45–19 : 15)

Position Details

  • Specialty : OR Tech / Surgical Tech
  • Average Daily Census : 50–60 cases per day
  • Experience Required : Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience
  • First-Time Travelers : Not accepted
  • Certifications :

    • BLS – Required

  • CST – Preferred

    • Schedule Requirements

  • Weekends : Yes — once per month, 16 hours total
  • On-Call : Required as needed
  • Floating : Yes, within scope to meet department needs
  • Block Scheduling : Possible — must be discussed with the manager

    • Additional Information

  • Local Candidates : Not accepted — must live 50+ miles from facility
