Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field OR equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing position preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC industry preferred.
• Proven record of implementing marketing strategy plans.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Persuasion and conflict resolution skills required.
• Strong team player, but ability to work independently as well.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong public speaking skills for impactful presentations.
• Goal-oriented.
• Ability to travel 25% of time in assigned region.
