Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with ERP or Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Strong SQL skills (preferably PL / SQL) for querying Oracle databases
• Ability to extract, analyze, and transform data for system integrations
• Experience with job scheduling tools (Broadcom AppWorx / Automic)
• Familiarity with secure data transport protocols (SFTP, API)
• Knowledge of structured change management processes
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Ellucian Banner (Student Financials and Financial Aid modules)
• Exposure to iPaaS tools (SnapLogic, Informatica, Mulesoft)
• Familiarity with AppWorx / Automic for job automation
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices in higher education
