The Radio Frequency Head Value Stream has an opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Microelectronics Operations Team. This position has responsibility for the manufacturing operation team in a fast paced multi-shift high mix / low volume environment that produces products using cutting edge technologies. The Production Supervisor ensures that all products meet contractual quality cost and schedule requirements by planning organizing and directing the flow of production while maintaining a safe work environment.

The position is responsible for the effective execution of the manufacturing operations strategy using the available control systems tools and metrics to accurately measure progress identify root causes of failure modes assess production capacity resolve quality and staffing issues and develop / implement corrective action plans.

• Schedule and cost accountability.
• Effectively manage day-to-day assignments for 20-25 represented employees.
• Workload planning and forecasting.
• Employee training and cross training.
• Time and attendance tracking.
• Safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures.

This position is an onsite role Andover MA : part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
