Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Medical Director at Hartford Behavioral Health. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing medical staff, leading clinical programs, and ensuring the quality of patient care. This position is located in Hartford, CT with some flexibility for remote work.

Requirements / Competencies

Must be a licensed physician in the State of Connecticut and Board certified to practice.

Adult and or Child psychiatry; Training and experience in the areas of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-focused treatment is required.

Prior experience in working within a community based behavioral health organization setting is preferred

Experience with diverse populations and delivering culturally competent treatment
