How You Will Contribute
Reservation Management :
- Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, successfully securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants world wide, focused on our core markets of New York, South Florida, and Europe.
- Leverage expert industry knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and in line with their preferences.
Relationship Building + Partnership Development
Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants with an initial focus on New York, Miami, and Paris; ensuring priority access and seamless experience for our members.Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants.Stay Informed :
Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape.Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences in your primary markets.Deeply understand the Atlas product and our Member's needs to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless member experiences.Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services / relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining / hospitality, or luxury services capacity.Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access.Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules.Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs.Bonus
Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms.Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in Los Angeles, Aspen, and beyond.Disposition
