Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role focuses on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines insurance exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to client service.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will :

• Manage a book of small commercial / select business unit accounts.
• Provide full AZ account management including service and retention.
• Handle certificates endorsements invoicing and client communication.
• Perform marketing and remarketing activities for accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business with a focus on renewals.
• Ensure timely and responsive client service.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications / Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria :

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
