Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Day Shift

Position Overview As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services, caring for patients in critical care, emergency, and general inpatient settings. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize respiratory health and enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Administer respiratory treatments, including mechanical ventilation management, aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and airway clearance Conduct arterial blood gas sampling and interpret results Monitor cardiopulmonary status and adjust therapies based on assessment findings Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment Respond to emergency codes and support advanced airway management (bag mask, intubation assistance) Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans Why Join Us?
