ROLE :
As the Registered Agent Office Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our growing registered agent division, leading both operations and client service delivery across multiple states. This is not just an administrative role—it’s a high-trust leadership position where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, driving service improvements, and preparing our team for growth.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to elevate the quality, reliability, and reach of our services. From overseeing client renewals to tracking KPIs and expanding our internal systems, you’ll be a cornerstone of our mission to deliver outstanding business compliance support. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Client Success & Compliance
- Manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely renewals
- Maintain compliance across all active accounts and jurisdictions
- Provide clear, professional communication on legal filings, deadlines, and updates
Operational Ownership
Oversee the daily operations of our registered agent services across multiple statesTrack and report key performance metrics bi-monthlyAssist with the setup and execution of legal filings and entity formationsProcess Design & Team Growth
Build and improve internal systems to streamline service deliveryRecruit, train, and mentor team members as the department scalesPartner with leadership to launch new service offerings and expand reachAdministrative Leadership
Serve as the internal lead for all RA-related tasks, projects, and complianceMaintain accurate records and documentation for legal and operational reviewOwn the standardization and refinement of client-facing workflowsRESULTS :
Registered agent operations run smoothly and with full legal complianceClients experience timely communication, renewal reminders, and accurate service deliveryDepartment scales with new systems, personnel, and offeringsKPIs are tracked and reported consistently to leadershipTeam members are hired, onboarded, and coached effectivelyLeadership is supported by a proactive, organized operatorRequirements
2–5 years experience in compliance, legal services, or administrative operationsProven ability to manage workflows, communicate professionally, and meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience using tools to track performance, automate tasks, and ensure complianceSelf-directed, dependable, and motivated to take ownershipStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in team leadership and cross-functional collaborationSCHEDULE :
