Job description

We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world.

EY-Parthenon's unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments every step of the way – enabling you to shape your future with confidence.

Within EY-Parthenons Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Supply Chain practice works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions and supply chain transformations. We are a group of experienced strategy and transaction professionals with a background in supply chain and operations who work across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. As such, we bring a wealth of deep sector and supply chain functional knowledge to our clients in the context of complex transactions and transformations.

As a Director with EY-Parthenons Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, you\ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world, and you\ll work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) Moreover, you\ll have the opportunity to help our clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver / return functions of the supply chain.

Learning - learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals, through a blend of structured learning, coaching and experiences.

Building Relationships - cultivate strong working relationships with clients and support to key decision makers.

A bachelor\s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.

MBA is preferred.

Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and / or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.

Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and / or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

We'll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you\'ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You\'ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter / Summer breaks, Personal / Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.

EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis.

EY focuses on high-ethical standards and integrity among its employees and expects all candidates to demonstrate these qualities.
