The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Department with trafficking jobs and digital asset management.
- Support wider marketing team, partnerships, and other commercial functions with requests for content or assets.
- Proactively monitor and manage assets within LVGP ecosystem to ensure consistency and ease of use across different platforms.
- Receive, evaluate, QC, upload, and meticulously tag all marketing materials, including assets from photo / video shoots and logo files, while managing the backend of the enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure accurate metadata, easy searchability, and consistent structure across the system.
- Maintain asset expiration and usage tracking to ensure proper usage in marketing / sales materials.
- Collaborate with other internal LVGP departments to facilitate storage, transport, installation and striking of all brand activations, ticket sales events, partnership prospecting events, etc.
- Aid with pre-production planning, on-site execution (when needed), logistics and post-production reconciliation for all LVGP photo / video shoots.
- Assist with print production for signage and collateral requests by coordinating across internal departments and external print vendors; responsibilities include submitting requests, overseeing timelines, reviewing and approving proofs, ensuring brand accuracy, and following up to keep projects on track from start to delivery.

3+ years of experience in Sports / Entertainment industry and / or Creative, Advertising, Creative Marketing Agency managing creative assetsExperience working across several creative asset types : print, static, motion, and AVExperience trafficking marketing assets, leveraging Project Management tools, and maintaining enterprise DAM platform is preferredProficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, etc.); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plusLas Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
