Lead Data Analyst (Marketing)

The Self-Directed (SD) Marketing Analytics team is seeking an experienced lead analyst to join us on our analytic journey. We support the Personal Investor Marketing team in various business activities including audience targeting client journey analysis marketing channel usage and content creation. Our work encompasses data wrangling reporting dashboard development strategy formulation and advanced modeling. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as we partner with various analytics and marketing support teams.

Role Responsibilities

Data Management and Analysis

• Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data verifying its quality accuracy and reasonableness.
• Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods.
• Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
• Develop expertise in key subject areas (e.g. audience targeting client journey marketing channel usage and marketing content).
