Fabrication Technician – Thermo-Fill & Debridge (2nd Shift + Built-In Overtime)

Location : Union, MO

Department : Thermo-Fill & Debridge (Fabrication)

Schedule : Full-Time | 2nd Shift Only | 48-hour workweek

Shift Differential : +$2 / hr for 2nd shift

Reports To : Fabrication Manager & Team Lead

About the Role

Gateway Extrusions manufactures precision aluminum profiles that are cut and fabricated to customer specifications. As a Fabrication Technician in our Thermo-Fill & Debridge department, you’ll process extruded aluminum profiles to print, verify quality and dimensions, and keep accurate production records while supporting a safe, team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule (48-hour week) :

• Monday–Thursday : 4 : 00 p.m. – 2 : 00 a.m.
• Friday : 2 : 00 p.m. – 10 : 00 p.m.
• 48 hours per week = 8 hours of automatic overtime every week, providing extra income heading into the holidays.
• Overtime is expected to ease after the holiday season when we move into a slower period, returning to a standard 40-hour week , still with weekends off.
