Revival Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist in Upper Marlboro, MD! Provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them achieve their goals and supporting their families.

How you will contribute (not limited to) :

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders, develop treatment plans, reassess progress, and communicate with the treatment team, physicians, and families. You will recommend adaptive equipment, maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and supervise assistants. Participate in staff development and continuing education.

The ideal candidate holds a degree from a CAPTE-approved program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and two years of adult physical therapy experience (home health preferred). Strong communication, observation, problem-solving, and basic math skills are essential.
