The Manager- Business Analytics drives the execution of list pricing optimization, business analytics, and resource efficiency for Cell Culture products. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, revenue growth, and operational excellence while aligning with broader organizational goals. Leading a team, the manager fosters collaboration across Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Production to refine list pricing strategies and improve internal costing.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing and Business Analytics Cell Culture and is part of the Cell Culture Media team located in Logan, UT and will be an on-site role. Alternate locations or remote work will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.

What You Will Do :

• Develop and implement global data analytic strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Production to refine costing and pricing models.
• Lead and mentor Resource Analytics teams, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of analytical tools, dashboards, and reports using Qlik, SFDC, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Manage operational processes, including :
• Filemaker Automated labor tracking.
• Production Routes Establishing and maintaining workflows.
• Manage implementation and sustainment of list pricing and dashboards in PROs pricing software.
