Position Summary : Our Client is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. Duties include monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with treatments and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting patients with daily living activities. The LPN ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, promotes patient comfort and safety, and collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Facility Note :

Employee will work 4 twelve-hour shifts one week and 3 twelve-hour shifts the next week.

This means one week will be 48 hours, and the following week will be 36 hours.
