• What You’ll Do
• Lead plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the right solutions with integrity and professionalism
• Mentor and oversee apprentices and junior plumbers on the job
• Maintain safety and quality standards, ensuring work meets code and company requirements
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team to ensure smooth project flow
• Track materials, labor, and job details accurately in ServiceTitan
• Support a positive team culture focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and customer satisfaction
• What You Bring
• 5+ years of plumbing experience in residential or light commercial work
• Leadership skills and ability to coach less-experienced team members
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service xuwmhxw skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
