Remote Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (Southwest) Remote. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment Meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots daily Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role High school diploma or GED Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual skills are a plus
