The Company is seeking the inaugural Dean of the S.J. & Jessie E. Quinney College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding leadership and a dynamic vision for the newly formed college, which is deeply rooted in the land-grant mission of the institution. The successful candidate will serve as the chief academic officer, with a responsibility to honor past planning efforts and guide the college through cultural and fiscal transitions. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a strong academic background, with credentials sufficient for appointment to the rank of full professor, and possess a broad and interdisciplinary perspective across agriculture, natural resources, and environmental sciences.
