Audit Manager

Our client located in north central Phoenix and one of Arizonas largest locally owned CPA and business advisory firms is looking for a stellar Audit Manager to join their team. This position will manage clients and staff and will work within several niches including Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution Restaurants Construction Real Estate and Individual / Estate / Gift.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and base salary up to $140000 DOE.

Responsibilities :

• Manage audits from start to finish
• Reviewfield work of audits reviews and compilations
• Review financial statements with full disclosures
• Plan supervise and complete routine engagements
• Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed
