The posted compensation range of $45.26 - $67.32 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As the Manager of Clinic Operations at our Dignity Health Medical Group Sacramento, you will communicate the organization's goals to the clinic staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experiences, reach out to our community, and deliver quality care. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.

To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident. Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and, above all, be an educator at heart. Every interaction is an opportunity to share your knowledge with others and improve their understanding of a patient's needs, the needs of clinic staff, or the needs of the organization.

Success in this role means you :

  • Are expected to provide visionary leadership to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and financial performance
  • Engage staff and cultivate a care center culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care consistent with Dignity Health and the medical group's "way" and culture
  • Work closely with staff and providers to ensure that all fiduciary and care center goals are met
  • Proactively determine workload priorities through planning coordination and managing staff and providers to meet the clinic's administrative operational and support requirements
  • Are responsible for the safeguard of patient health and financial information

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3 years of Health Care Management Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous out-patient practice & healthcare management experience. Previous management experience in a union environment. Prior managed care or integrated delivery systems experience.
  • Master's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field.
