As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and industry partners.
  • Presenting and promoting our services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Management) to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated sales professional with :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
  • Strong sales skills , including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a commitment to achieving results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
