- Family Practice is located on hospital campus
- Outpatient Only

- Replacing 1 provider
- Provider based RHC
- Monday - Friday Schedule
- No Visa Support Available
Hospital is a 99-bed facility with over 420 employees. It houses a Heart & Vein Center as well as a Senior Behavioral Health Unit.
