Property Preservation / REO Contractors By Weekly Payment

Requirements

  • Experience to do standard preservation duties / tasks including the following work :

Winterizations

  • Lawn Maintenance
  • Debris removal
  • Lock Changes
  • Initial Services (including sales clean)
  • Boarding
  • Prepare / Put property in Convey Condition
  • General / Minor household repairs, etc.
  • Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair / replace
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
  • Meeting client's deadlines
  • Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.

    • PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER ALLOWABLE LIST (NO DISCOUNT)
