Job Title : Retail Office Associate
Location : Out of office Services
Pay Rate : $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule : 15–20 hours / week with flexibility; must be available Saturdays from 9 : 30 AM – 2 : 00 PM
Potential for 30–40 hours / week starting in the Fall
Position Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Office Associate to support both our front-end retail environment and back-office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday — combining customer interaction, office tasks, and hands-on inventory support. Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor
Perform light office duties such as filing, data entry, label creation, and basic reporting
Handle in-store transactions including cash, credit, and returns
Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain clean and presentable retail areas
Label and tag products accurately and efficiently
Support inventory organization and product restocking
Provide general administrative support to store leadership as needed
Qualifications :
Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using a computer and basic office equipment
Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy setting
Quick learner with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Available to work Saturday mornings (required) and flexible on additional weekday hours
Schedule & Growth :
15–20 hours per week to start
Opportunity to expand to 30–40 hours per week in the Fall
