PHY NP - Per Diem Family Practice Opportunity in Pendergrass, GA - December 15-18

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 15, 16, 17 & 18 at their Corporate Health clinic in Pendergrass, GA. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm and Wednesday & Thursday 10 : 00am-6 : 00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break.
