Our client a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a motivated Construction Associate Attorney to join its expanding Construction Practice Group in Philadelphia or New York . This is an exceptional opportunity to advise on sophisticated development projects and collaborate with a nationally recognized team handling high-profile complex construction matters.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing
• 26 years of substantive experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements
• Degree in Engineering architecture or construction management strongly preferred
• Experience representing owners and contractors on complex development projects
• Knowledge of insurance bonding lien law and risk mitigation issues
• Exposure to or interest in construction litigation

This role is primarily transactional but may include litigation work
