Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a large Gastroenterology group in Georgia with a growth initiative. The group has 21 GIs and 23 APPs. They are looking for someone to join their Woodstock / Marietta division which has 5 GIs and APPs. They are building a new ASC in an up-and-coming area.

• Split procedure and clinic days - typically 3 days of procedures and 2 of clinic (Daily 14-17 procedures and 18-20 Clinic visits on average )
• MINIMAL Shared call in 1 hospital - Weekend call 1 : 5 - very low census and acuity ( average of 2 hours of time commitment ). 4 weekends annually done with the NP doing the rounding. Weekday call 1 : 6 - rounding done by a Nurse Practitioner
• Bread and Butter practice with ERCP and EUS available if desired
• 18-month Partnership track
• Employed Market Driven Compensation for year one - based on experience and training
