    • Responsibilities

    As a Midas automotive Service Advisor, you will assist in directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
  • Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of point of sale experience
  • Some general automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license
