The Position :

Position Title : SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant

Location : Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA

Duration : 30+ Month Project

We are seeking an SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department;

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Integrate SAP CM with external systems such as usage collection platforms and Convergent Charging.
• Develop mediation rules, usage data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across the usage-to-bill flow.
• Support testing, training, and documentation activities during project delivery.
• Provide post-go-live support and performance tuning.
