Electrical Project Manager (Richmond)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with backgrounds in electrical construction to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results for clients across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data center environments.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule are consistently achieved. You will also serve as a key leader and mentor, supporting project engineers and field staff while building strong client relationships.

This position involves travel to work sites which could be across the country.

What Youll Do

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and scheduling through execution and closeout.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals (electrical or mechanical as applicable).
• Lead project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Drive quality and safety standards across all aspects of project execution.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and project management best practices.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
