Job descriptionAdministrative Accounting Sales Product Development Information Technology Provider Engagement Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively and efficiently Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics Utilize Workable ATS (with AI recruitment capabilities) and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and communication logs Proven experience in recruiting across diverse functions Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with Workable ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Salary : $35.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly
Description : Position : Contract Recruiter
Location : 100% Remote
Employment Type : Contract
Overview : The Judge group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter who can hit the ground running. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional interviewing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of organizational ability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including :
Clinical (CMA)
