Requirements
High School Diploma or GED4 years avionics / electrical experience OR 2 years aviation electronics schooling + 2 years experienceA&P license preferredFCC certification preferredNCATT certification preferredAbility to read / interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manualsAbility to repair and troubleshoot wiring and componentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to climb stairs / ladders, work in confined areas, and lift up to 50 lbsPreferred proficiency in additional aircraft systems (hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, etc.)What you’ll do
Perform operational testing and troubleshooting of aircraft avionics / electrical systemsInstall and functionally test electrical and avionics components per engineering specificationsRepair or replace defective wiring and components using approved splicing, soldering, and pinning techniquesExecute engineering changes, modifications, and functional checksSet up and operate required test equipment and evaluate system performanceDocument all work accurately and ensure readiness for inspectionMaintain test equipment, comply with FOD, tool control, 5S, and all safety protocolsAdapt to changing schedules and support additional duties as neededMay participate in aircraft certification and final phase flight testsApply now and help power the next generation of advanced aerospace systems!
