CLIENT : Regulatory Accounting Firm

LOCATION : NYC Financial District

ENVIRONMENT : Onsite / Hybrid (onsite first six months Hybrid after that You pick your days).

SALARY : ideally

• Our client an accounting firm that provides regulatory services to the Broker Dealer (Finance) industry is seeking 2 (TWO) Skilled Bookkeepers for immediate permanent employment
• The role will start full time onsite (wall street area) and convert to hybrid after 6 months
• We are specifically seeking a pure Bookkeeper - No staff accountants or anyone already in an Accounting role. This will be a long-term Bookkeeping role.
• Seeking a candidate with an accounting degree 10-15 years experience.
• Bank deposits AR AP bill pay payroll. Experience with QuickBooks is important.
• Financial Services Industry experience is helpful but not a requirement
• We would ideally like someone coming from an accounting firm who has trained under an accountant and has experience with customer service and handling multiple clients (multi-tasking is key)
• Wed begin interviewing ASAP ideally to fill this role by Thanksgiving.
