The Workforce Learning team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented training professional to work onsite at the Andover location. Workforce learning is responsible for the creation delivery and oversight of technical training including job specific skill awareness training safety training standards and compliance training.

What you will do

• Provide in-person or virtually delivered training;
• Develop and maintain proficiency in required technical skills including electronics torque safety-wire and solder;
• Follow all internal processes delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards;
• Effectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities;
• Manage effective partnerships with customers peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery;
• Participate in or lead project teams responsible for the creation maintenance or revision of training materials;
• Provide subject matter expertise on solder-related questions to factory personnel.

Qualifications You MUST Have

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
