This is a critical role designed for a professional with a proven record in heavy civil construction who is ready to drive significant corporate growth.

Key Strategic

• Market Expansion
• Proactively build foundational relationships with local subcontractors, vendors, and clients, establishing a robust presence in the West Alabama region.
• Develop Competitive Cost
• Lead the analysis of plans, specifications, and site logistics to produce detailed, complete, and highly competitive cost estimates for major site development and heavy civil projects.
• Subcontractor Vetting &
• Identify, vet, and organize third-party quotes, ensuring all scopes are comprehensive, competitive, and align with project profitability goals.
• Process
• Maintain and leverage historical data, cost databases, and standard operating procedures to ensure continuous improvement and accuracy (

Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of professional estimating or project experience within a high-volume general contractor or heavy civil environment.
