- The Client Service Officer serves a critical role in our Private Wealth Operations. Responsibilities include :
- Provide banking clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, processing wires, stop payments, and answering questions with regards to deposit accounts.
- Support Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors including establishing and maintaining files to meet the firms' regulatory requirements, creating and producing reports, databases, and establishing and maintaining filing / record keeping necessary to support efforts to service and grow client relationships.
- Assist with account set-up and onboarding of new clients.
- Act as a liaison with various internal business partners to facilitate client on-boardings.
- Assist clients with loan origination, renewals, closings, and the subsequent monitoring, which includes managing both credit and collateral exceptions.
- Work with other internal departments regarding account inquiries
- Coordinate legal account documentation to ensure compliance with various regulations.
- Create and update spreadsheets, reports and presentations as needed. Assist with special projects as necessary.
- General administrative duties, such as copying, filing, record keeping, data management, CRM management, mail distribution, ordering supplies, processing expense reports, client mailings.
- Additional responsibilities include answering, screening and routing calls, maintaining daily calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide exceptional client experience for miscellaneous account issues as needed.
- Abide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Assist management with various operational duties and responsibilities.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.

Qualifications
3 years' experience in a Private Wealth environment.Bachelor's degree preferred.Series 7 and 65 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain it within 90 days required.Excellent client service skills, both verbal and written required.Must be comfortable interfacing with high-level management and clients and handling confidential information with discretion required.Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external partners required.Prior experience with FISERV Signature or other deposit systems preferred.Prior experience with ACBS a plus.Superior understanding of bank documents as they relate to DDA's, affidavits, and fraud reporting.Strong change management skills and ability to work at a consistently changing paceStrong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job.Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions, in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met.Ability to readily identify needs and requirements and establish plans and processes to ensure successful results.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliarity with SalesForce CRM tools a plusThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
