Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive EHS programs policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations (e.g. OSHA EPA).
• Conduct regular risk assessments hazard analyses and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage incident investigations root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees fostering a strong safety culture.
• Oversee hazardous waste management air emissions wastewater discharge and other environmental compliance initiatives.
• Lead internal EHS audits and inspections tracking performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans.
