Astria Health is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our team! This position is located at our Union Gap Astria Health Center.

Shift : Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm - Float

What you get to do every day!

As the Medical Office Assistant, you will be responsible for for front office and receptionist duties, and support other clinical staff as needed and directed. You will :

• Prepare and file medical documents for patient files, while maintaining an accurate filing system.
• Greet patients visiting the clinic and assist them with paperwork as needed
• Perform receptionist duties, routing calls to appropriate parties
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries.
• Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.
