• Position Overview

We are seeking an attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our personal injury litigation team. The Litigation Attorney will work directly with two Litigation Attorneys and two Litigation Paralegals daily. The successful candidate need not have any personal injury experience, but we encourage you to apply if you do have a personal injury or insurance defense experience.

Strategic planning and discussion regarding cases

Planning for and meeting court-established deadlines

Client contact and interactions

Court appearances

Trial preparation

Motion practice

Mediations

Depositions.

Qualifications

All applicants must have an active license to practice law in New Mexico.

Previous personal injury experience is NOT required; we value your potential.

Skills and Experience

Critical thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients and coworkers is a must.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to apply their knowledge and skills to make decisions and take action on cases.
