Enrollment Advisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide students through the GED credential process.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and advise students through initial outreach, registration, and learning path prescription

Monitor student progress and provide weekly updates and motivational support

Report on student progress and identify improvements to enhance completion rates

Required Qualifications

Some post-secondary education preferred

Experience working with adult students or the GED program

Bilingual in Spanish is required

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent customer-facing skills
